Firmus Technologies is hiring a full-time Senior Security Engineer, Platform Engineering in Sydney, Australia, to lead platform security for its AI infrastructure and Firmus AI Cloud. The role owns security standards for a managed Kubernetes service, applies Kubernetes and supply-chain security practices, secures infrastructure-as-code pipelines, automates patching, and collaborates with engineering and operations teams on compliance, secrets, identity, encryption, monitoring, and incident response. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least seven years of platform security, DevSecOps, or site reliability engineering experience, and strong knowledge of Kubernetes, security frameworks, scripting, Linux, networking, and distributed storage.
