JetBrains is hiring a Senior Security Engineer / Program Manager to serve as a technical bridge between security, product, legal, compliance, and enterprise customer teams. The role owns complex cross-functional security initiatives, translates technical security requirements into regulatory and contractual language, represents JetBrains in customer-facing security discussions, and aligns security, infrastructure, legal, and compliance teams with evolving regulations. Candidates need at least five years of experience in information security, technical program management, or a related field, along with strong communication, legal and technical literacy, compliance expertise, and project management experience.
