NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Security Engineer, RTOS and Virtualization to lead security engineering for real-time operating systems, hypervisors, and embedded virtualization technologies. The role covers CPU and SoC architecture, hardware isolation, secure software development, threat modeling, automotive TARA, vulnerability analysis, fuzzing, and security remediation. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant systems, embedded, platform, product, or automotive security experience, a BSEE/BSCS degree or equivalent experience, strong C/C++ skills, and familiarity with automotive cybersecurity standards. The base salary is 184,000–287,500 USD for Level 4 and 224,000–356,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until October 3, 2026.
