Couchbase is hiring a Senior Security Operations Engineer to join its global Information Security team as a second dedicated SecOps engineer. The role combines operational security work—alert triage, investigation, containment, SIEM management, vulnerability and exposure management, cloud and identity security, and incident response—with engineering and program work involving AI-assisted detection and response, automation, detection content, and security metrics. The position requires 5–8 years of hands-on security operations experience, deep SIEM and cloud security expertise, scripting and automation ability, and familiarity with identity, vulnerability, and AI security practices.
