Description

NVISO is hiring a Senior Security Operations Engineering Manager to grow its Security Operations Engineering business and lead senior delivery capability. The role owns revenue targets and sales pipelines, leads proposals and tenders, manages delivery quality and profitability, escalates complex customer matters, and functionally leads experienced SOC consultants and team leaders. Candidates need NATO-state citizenship, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years of cyber security experience, at least three years in business development or account management, and strong SOC, SIEM, detection, and consulting delivery experience. The position offers flexible working hours and home-office possibilities.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
Required Previous Experiences: At least eight years of cyber security experience, including security operations, SOC consulting, or a closely related field
At least three years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a commercially oriented consulting role
Experience growing cyber-security services through new business, customer expansion, and long-term account development
Experience shaping and delivering complex professional-services engagements, including proposals, SOWs, RFP responses, or tenders
Experience managing consulting delivery, including customer expectations, quality, staffing, utilization, profitability, and delivery risk
