NVISO is hiring a Senior Security Operations Engineering Manager in Germany to grow its Security Operations Engineering business and lead senior delivery capability. The role owns revenue targets and sales pipelines, leads proposals and tenders, manages delivery quality and profitability, escalates complex customer matters, and functionally leads experienced SOC consultants and team leaders. Candidates need NATO or Austrian citizenship, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years of cyber security experience, at least three years in business development or account management, and strong SOC, SIEM, detection, and consulting delivery experience. The base salary is 90,000–130,000 EUR per year, with flexible working hours and home-office possibilities.
