Description

Adyen is hiring a Senior Security Program Manager for its Tech Regulatory team to manage security compliance programs, translate regulatory requirements into operational designs, document processes, coordinate with enterprise risk, security, and technology teams, and oversee frameworks such as PCI-DSS, PCI 3DS, DORA, and other global regulatory mandates. The role requires at least five years of experience in security compliance, technology operations, security and technology risk, or a closely adjacent discipline, with PCI-DSS and 3DS experience preferred. It is based in the Amsterdam office and does not offer remote-only work.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of experience implementing security compliance, technology operations management, security and technology risk, or a closely adjacent discipline in a fast-growing company, ideally in financial services or payments.
Experience in security engineering or GRC roles with prior PCI-DSS and 3DS domain experience.
Experience as a first-line owner embedded in operational reality.
Experience managing complex operational risk domains, including incident management, change management, and business continuity management.
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards, including DORA, PCI-DSS, PCI 3DS, ISO 27001, and SOC 1 and 2.
Ability to write scripts or queries for reporting and data analysis.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
Team-oriented and collaborative.
