GitLab is hiring a Senior Security Risk Engineer to own risk identification, analysis, quantification, prioritization, and remediation tracking across third-party risk, security risk assessments, and security findings. The role partners with Security, Legal, IT, Product, and Engineering; maintains risk registers and quarterly reporting; develops risk indicators and metrics; and builds automation, scripting, and AI-enabled tooling to modernize risk and GRC workflows. The position reports to the Security Risk Manager, requires at least five years of security risk management experience, and offers a United States base salary of $139,200 to $189,000 USD.
