Bumble is hiring a Senior Security Software Engineer in Austin to build secure, scalable software, services, APIs, automation, data pipelines, and observability capabilities across Product Security, Platform Defense, and Security Engineering. The role partners with engineering, infrastructure, platform, Trust & Safety, and security teams to embed secure-by-design practices, improve detection and response, and leverage AI tools responsibly. Candidates need strong distributed-systems and backend experience, data-pipeline and observability expertise, cloud-native and security knowledge, and typically 6–8 years of experience; visa sponsorship is not available.
