Senior Security Specialist at Arete

Areté is hiring a full-time Senior Security Specialist for its Northridge, California facility. The role implements and monitors industrial and DoD security programs, supports clearance processing, visit certifications, document control, physical security, alarm response, and OPSEC; provides security guidance to customers and management; conducts self-inspections and risk mitigation; and develops security awareness training. The position requires strong knowledge of NISPOM, DoD security guidance, security databases, physical security, and relevant forms, along with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. The salary range is $72,000 to $80,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
