Fastly is hiring a remote Security Technical Account Manager in the United States to serve as a strategic security advisor for a portfolio of enterprise customers. The role coordinates with Product, Engineering, Support, Security Research, Sales, and leadership teams; provides tailored security recommendations; resolves complex security issues; delivers workshops and enablement; improves internal processes; and mentors junior team members. Candidates need at least 8 years of customer-facing technical experience, strong application and web security expertise, knowledge of internet and application fundamentals, and the ability to move from reactive support to proactive security guidance.
