UltraViolet Cyber is hiring a Senior Security Tools Engineer to support its Security Tools program in a hybrid role based in Oxon Hill, Maryland, with three days per week onsite. The role leads cross-tool security engineering, diagnoses and closes detection and reporting gaps across endpoint, SIEM, vulnerability management, and other security platforms, designs data flows and integrations, builds detection logic and automation, supports tool deprecation and migration, and assists with threat hunting, incident response, and compliance. Candidates need a master's degree or equivalent, 12 years of relevant experience, hands-on experience with EDR and Splunk or an equivalent SIEM, cross-platform integration experience, scripting or automation proficiency, and the ability to pass a federal background investigation; US citizenship is required.
