Description
The Senior Server Operations Engineer will operate and secure Windows, Unix, and virtualized server environments across Avon’s manufacturing, retail, and direct-selling businesses. The role covers infrastructure provisioning, patching, monitoring, incident response, backup and disaster recovery, migrations, troubleshooting, documentation, governance, vendor coordination, and mentoring of L2 Support Analysts. It also requires advanced server administration across at least two technologies, virtualization expertise, identity and security knowledge, performance engineering, and experience with backup, migration, and remediation projects.
