Appvia is hiring a Senior Service Delivery Manager for a secure UK public-sector engagement. The contractor will own day-to-day service delivery, operational performance, ticket and incident handling, SLA adherence, service governance, reporting, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement across a live managed service. The role is hybrid in the United Kingdom, requires active UK Security Clearance (SC), and offers a 6-month contract with a view to extension at £600–£650 per day inside IR35.
