MYOB is hiring a Senior Service Designer for its Finance Product team to shape financial experiences across the platform. The role leads customer research and discovery, creates journey maps, service blueprints, and ecosystem maps, designs onboarding and activation experiences, collaborates with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and external partners, and identifies AI-driven opportunities to improve financial workflows. The position requires extensive service, product, or experience design experience, financial or regulated transactional product experience, strong commercial acumen, and hands-on experience with AI-powered products or features.
