Description
The Senior Service Engineer – Training Systems will support the digitization of training systems for the German Armed Forces by installing, configuring, operating, maintaining, and monitoring IT infrastructure and systems. The role handles second- and third-level incident and problem management, change implementation, proactive monitoring, technical documentation, and consulting for servers, networks, virtualization, backup, cloud, and other supported systems. It requires a degree or IT specialist training, at least four years of relevant experience, strong systems knowledge, and willingness to travel to customer and user sites. The position is available immediately and full-time at one of the listed BWI locations, with compensation of €71,000 to €104,040.
