Description
The Senior Service Technician installs, services, troubleshoots, and repairs air compressors, dryers, filters, condensate management equipment, controls, and related compressed air system components at customer locations. The role provides advanced on-site mechanical, electrical, controls, and application support; performs preventative maintenance, inspections, start-ups, commissioning, and performance evaluations; diagnoses failures; communicates recommendations to customers; completes service documentation; and supports less experienced technicians. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, typically eight to ten years of related field service experience, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and the ability to travel to customer sites.
