Description
The Senior ServiceNow Developer serves as the most senior hands-on technical authority for ServiceNow applications supporting cybersecurity managed services. The role designs and maintains heavily customised scoped applications, data models, business logic, integrations, and client- and server-side JavaScript; leads architecture, code review, technical standards, performance tuning, upgrade remediation, complex troubleshooting, and customer-facing solution design; and mentors developers and administrators. It requires at least three years of complex ServiceNow development experience, ServiceNow CAD and CSA certifications, and expertise in platform development, integrations, secure software development, release management, and production troubleshooting.
