The Senior ServiceNow Developer will design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across Service Catalog, IT Service Management, and custom applications. Responsibilities include server-side development, Service Portal and Next Experience UI work, requirements analysis, testing, peer reviews, production deployment, QA defect triage, on-premise instance operations, performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and deployment documentation. The role requires 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience and expertise across business rules, client-side development, portal widgets, execution-environment internals, and on-premise infrastructure.
