West Monroe is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer - IRM/GRC to lead technical workstreams and design, configure, test, deploy, and document governance, risk, and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role covers risk management, policy and compliance management, audit management, third-party risk management, control attestations, issue remediation, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and automation, while partnering with business, risk, compliance, audit, security, and technology stakeholders. The position requires at least four years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience, hands-on IRM/GRC implementation experience, and the ability to travel 25–50% and work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
