iTech AG is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions for a federal program. The role covers custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, ITAM functionality, Service Portal and UI Builder portals, platform upgrades, performance tuning, defect resolution, and compliance with federal security and compliance requirements. The position requires at least five years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, proficiency with JavaScript and Glide APIs, Agile or SAFe delivery experience, a bachelor’s degree, and ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certification; a Public Trust clearance and United States citizenship are also required.
