Anaplan is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Engineer in Gurgaon, India, to administer and develop the ServiceNow platform, including maintenance, patching, upgrades, applications, workflows, integrations, performance optimization, security, documentation, and mentoring. The role requires approximately eight years of software development experience, including at least three years of ServiceNow platform or product development and implementation experience, along with experience in JavaScript, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, Virtual Agent, Gen AI, ServiceNow products, scoped applications, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, platform upgrades, and cloning. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience and ServiceNow Application Developer and Certified System Administrator certifications are also required.
