The Senior ServiceNow HRSD Architect/Expert will design, develop, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions in a hybrid or remote setting. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical solutions, creating reports and dashboards, using scripting and integration best practices, and providing training to HR stakeholders and end users. The role requires six years of experience with HR case management solutions, four years of product development experience in HR Service Delivery, relevant ServiceNow certifications, scripting and integration expertise, Agile experience, and strong communication skills.
