TeamWork is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Integration & Automation Engineer to join its IT organization in Durham, North Carolina. The role combines ServiceNow development, infrastructure automation, release coordination, integration engineering, and escalation of integration issues. Responsibilities include automating support, deployment, monitoring, and alerting activities; developing ServiceNow enhancements and custom support tools; coordinating releases; creating dashboards and reports; and documenting automation scripts. The position requires 7+ years of relevant experience and is hybrid, with onsite work three times per week.
