The Senior Project Manager manages assigned technical projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating project teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments. The role applies Agile/Scrum practices, develops project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables, manages risks and issues, supports product backlog and resource planning, and ensures client satisfaction and project acceptance. It requires PMP certification, experience with medium-to-high complexity projects, knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with project management software.
