Description
The Senior Services Coordinator supports older adults in Oakland by assessing needs, coordinating referrals and community resources, assisting with benefits and safety tools, providing culturally responsive case management, and helping residents access health, housing, transportation, meal delivery, and other services. The role also supports senior wellness programming, food access, community engagement, crisis response, and mandated reporting, while maintaining resident records and collaborating with service providers. It is a regular full-time, non-exempt position requiring a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of resident or community-based experience, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and familiarity with senior service systems.
