NiCE is hiring an LMS & Learning Technology Specialist to support and eventually own the end-to-end implementation, administration, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement of Actimize University’s learning platform. The role manages users, enrollments, learning plans, courses, certifications, workflows, training registrations, learner access, content configuration, dashboards, and automation, while collaborating with Learning & Development, content developers, trainers, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders. The position requires 5–8 years of LMS administration, learning technology, or learning operations experience, hands-on enterprise LMS experience, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills. It follows a NiCE-FLEX hybrid model with two office days and three remote days per week.
