CD PROJEKT RED is hiring a Senior Shared Tech QA Analyst to test and improve shared engine systems, tools, pipelines, and cross-project features across multiple game-development teams. The role covers performance, stability, integration, cross-platform, regression, and long-term stability testing; develops reusable manual and automated test cases; collaborates with developers, tools programmers, technical artists, and downstream teams; analyzes root causes; supports risk assessments and quality strategy; and maintains technical documentation and quality dashboards. The position is hybrid or full-time in Warsaw, Poland, with relocation support and a gross monthly salary of 14,200–22,200 PLN.
