Description

MANTECH is hiring a Senior Shore Maintenance Manager for an onsite position in San Diego, California. The role coordinates with shipboard maintenance and material management staff, supports maintenance and logistics databases, oversees integrated class maintenance plans and quality assurance, reviews bulk loads, and coordinates with shore-based and shipboard 3M coordinators. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least five years of ship’s 3M coordinator experience, and at least ten years of Naval ship experience, along with a current or active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship. The projected compensation range is $98,000 to $163,100, with health insurance and other benefits available.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of ship’s 3M coordinator experience
At least 10 years of Naval ship experience
Experience monitoring ship assessments and documenting findings
Experience with the SKED program
Experience screening, reviewing, and processing bulk upload files
Experience completing JTDI/MBPS or RADWEB lines
Experience screening PMS feedback reports, creating ACNs, and feedback reports
Preferred Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in SURFOR’s Material, Maintenance and Management (3M) Program areas
Ability to resolve incomplete-load problems before uploading to a ship’s CSMP
Experience monitoring ship PMS assessments and documenting unit and assessment-team performance
Experience providing inputs to CNSP staff, developing policy papers, participating in Type Commander 3M inspection teams, and interfacing with Littoral Combat Ship Squadrons and ZUMWALT-class destroyers
