Description
Microsoft is hiring a Senior Silicon Designer for its Windows Silicon System Integration team to design complex security-oriented silicon subsystems for Windows client products. The role owns microarchitecture and RTL design, collaborates with verification, firmware, architecture, system engineering, and physical design teams, supports integration and design quality, and leads technical work and mentoring. Candidates need a B.Sc. or higher in a relevant technical field and proven RTL design experience with Verilog or SystemVerilog; experience with AI-assisted workflows, security-oriented silicon, and the broader silicon development lifecycle is preferred.
