NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Hardware Engineer focused on power and thermal controllers in Bengaluru. The role leads the productization of controllers from pre-silicon planning through bring-up, tuning, validation, and production; collaborates with architecture, firmware, and software teams; characterizes controller behavior; resolves silicon, power-delivery, thermal, and performance issues; and applies AI/ML and data-driven methods to improve controller tuning and debug efficiency. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field, plus more than five years of experience in silicon power or performance, post-silicon bring-up, controller characterization, productization, or related hardware work.
