Lab37 Robotics is hiring a senior/staff-level Industrial Engineer specializing in discrete-event simulation to model and optimize robotic food-production systems. The role covers end-to-end production-flow modeling, capacity and bottleneck analysis, staffing and facility-layout studies, model validation against operational data, and decision support for robotics and kitchen design. It is based in the Pittsburgh office and requires a relevant degree, at least three years of experience, simulation expertise, and proficiency in Python and SQL.
