Intel is hiring a Silicon Photonics Product Development Manager to lead the development and industrialization of next-generation silicon photonics and high-speed optical products from concept through high-volume manufacturing. The role manages cross-functional matrixed teams across design, fabrication, assembly, test, quality, and operations; drives manufacturing readiness, qualification, capacity, sampling, and certification; and balances technical, business, cost, schedule, and risk tradeoffs. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree with 6+ years of industry experience or a master's degree with 4+ years, plus 3+ years of experience in optical product development, silicon photonics, semiconductor fabrication, wafer-level assembly or packaging, or test development. The role is an experienced hire with hybrid work eligibility and an annual salary range of $164,470 to $232,190 USD across United States locations.
