Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Senior Site Construction Manager / Project Manager Construction for a permanent full-time renovation and modernization project of approximately 5,600 m² of residential space in Hessisch Lichtenau. The role owns operational and technical construction execution, including schedules, costs, quality, progress, subcontractors, heritage-protection coordination, tendering, change orders, inspections, and handover. It requires several years of relevant construction management or senior site management experience, technical qualifications, and the ability to lead complex projects independently. The position is generally four days per week on site, with one day per week available for home-office or mobile work, and offers a company car, performance-based bonus, and possible accommodation support.
