Oracle is hiring a Senior Site Deployment Manager to lead onsite data center deployment execution across assigned sites, campuses, regions, or complex programs. The role manages deployment managers, project coordinators, and cross-functional teams; owns deployment plans, readiness gates, risks, dashboards, and handoff quality; coordinates with construction, commissioning, engineering, network, security, operations, logistics, vendors, and site leadership; and improves deployment playbooks and operating mechanisms. The position requires 10+ years of relevant infrastructure or technical project management experience, 3–5+ years of people leadership experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. It is an onsite role in Nashville, Tennessee, with relocation assistance available, and offers a US hiring range of $126,200 to $264,100 per year plus potential bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
