Oracle is hiring a Senior Site Deployment Manager for an onsite role in Nashville, Tennessee, responsible for leading data center site deployment execution across assigned sites, campuses, regions, or complex programs. The role manages deployment managers, project coordinators, and cross-functional teams; owns deployment plans, readiness gates, risks, dashboards, and handoff quality; coordinates with construction, commissioning, engineering, network, security, operations, logistics, vendors, and site leadership; and improves deployment playbooks and operating mechanisms. The position requires 10+ years of relevant infrastructure or technical project management experience, 3–5+ years of people leadership experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. The hiring range is $126,200 to $264,100 per year, with relocation assistance available and medical, dental, and vision insurance included.
