Description
The Senior Site Financial Controller will own financial reporting, month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, inventory controls, and business partnering for Factor EU’s production and warehousing operations in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Sweden, with responsibility for the production site in Verden. The role reports to the Head of Finance of Factor EU and can be based in Verden or hybrid in Berlin, with mandatory 20% site visits if hybrid. Candidates need a STEM, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics degree, at least three years of similar operations-finance controlling experience, strong financial modeling and accounting skills, and fluency in English; SQL, Oracle, and German are advantageous.
