Description
The Senior Site Manager in Civil Engineering leads complex civil engineering projects from handover through execution, translating contracts, schedules, budgets, and designs into workable plans. The role directs foremen, skilled workers, machine operators, and subcontractors; coordinates personnel, equipment, materials, safety, quality, schedules, costs, and project interfaces; and works closely with project management, estimating, and stakeholders. The position requires an MBO or HBO qualification in civil engineering or a comparable field, extensive civil-engineering site-management experience, and knowledge of earthworks, sewerage, road construction, scheduling, cost control, and project administration.
