Algolia is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own and improve production infrastructure supporting AI-related workloads and services at scale. The role focuses on Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, networking, databases, observability, reliability, FinOps, incident response, and developer experience, while also mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions across teams. Candidates should have strong hands-on production experience with a major cloud provider, Kubernetes and cloud-native systems, distributed systems, networking, and reliability engineering. The role offers a base salary of €69,768–€96,900 and may be fully remote or hybrid-remote depending on the location.
