73 Strings is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of production systems. The role combines software engineering and infrastructure work, including designing resilient systems, defining SLOs, leading incident response, troubleshooting complex production issues, supporting customers, and owning a specific reliability process. The engineer will also participate in deployments and monitoring, maintain automation and documentation, and collaborate with engineering and customer stakeholders.
