Boston Consulting Group is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to run and improve reliability engineering systems across infrastructure, cloud, observability, automation, identity, security, and network operations. The role focuses on reducing operational toil, improving resilience, embedding reliability and governance into delivery workflows, leading complex incidents, mentoring engineers, and shaping engineering standards. It requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, hands-on expertise across multiple SRE domains, cloud and infrastructure-as-code knowledge, strong scripting and stakeholder communication skills, and participation in on-call rotation and incident response.
