iManage is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build and scale a cloud-native platform, automate operational toil, improve reliability and security, and support Kubernetes-based infrastructure. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, observability, change management, incident leadership, on-call support, and mentoring. Candidates should have experience with design documents, postmortems, refactoring, automation, SRE principles, and public cloud or hosted datacenter environments; Linux, Terraform, Chef, Docker, observability tools, CI/CD, and programming languages are preferred. The position is hybrid, with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Fridays and remote-friendly focus time on Mondays and Fridays.
