Description
The posting seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support Ethoca’s growth by collaborating with customers, project management, software engineering, and network operations on database requirements, system improvements, and new systems. The role focuses on scalability, security, availability, and performance across database, server, cloud, and data-warehouse operations, including on-call support, performance optimization, schema and code changes, reporting, documentation, and compliance in a PCI-DSS Level 1 environment. Required experience includes 5+ years of DB2 or PostgreSQL administration, 2+ years of Snowflake administration and development, cloud PaaS database services, Linux/Unix, high availability, and security knowledge; preferred experience includes Azure, AWS, Terraform, Cosmos, automation, networking, ITIL, and Java.
