NiCE is hiring a Senior SRE for its Platform Engineering team in Medellin, Colombia, working in a hybrid model with two days per week in the office. The role is focused on designing and evolving AWS platform foundations, improving reliability, observability, and automation through Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD, and partnering with engineering teams to reduce toil and improve deployment safety. This is a hands-on builder/owner role requiring strong AWS production experience, Linux troubleshooting, automation skills, and clear communication.
