Sezzle is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to architect, upgrade, and build scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes, AWS, RDS, distributed systems, and modern operational practices. The role leads reliability, capacity planning, observability, alerting, AI enablement, and engineering best practices while mentoring engineers and collaborating on technical roadmaps. It requires 6+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience, strong Golang and SQL skills, distributed systems knowledge, and experience with AI tooling; the position is based in India, operates on a fixed 6:00 AM–2:00 PM EST schedule, and pays $5,000–$9,500 USD gross per month.
