SimCorp is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Batch Management) to support and maintain SimCorp Dimension for SCDaaS clients through cloud-based service delivery. The role handles incidents, escalations, customer support, service workflows, environment maintenance, job scheduling, automation, and complex technical troubleshooting. It requires 3–5 years of related technical experience, IT-based education, batch and cloud platform expertise, and experience with mission-critical applications and large financial services software. The position is based in Toronto with a hybrid arrangement of two office days per week and a salary range of CAD 99,840 to 137,280.
