Description
IAM Cloud is hiring a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to own observability, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and on-call operations for its Azure-first SaaS platform. The role will establish telemetry governance, SLOs and SLIs, actionable alerting, Grafana dashboards, and a modern incident-management platform, while improving OpenTelemetry instrumentation, Azure Monitor and Log Analytics configuration, and reliability metrics. It requires 6+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ in reliability or production operations, along with hands-on OpenTelemetry, Azure, Grafana, Bicep, and Terraform experience. The position is fully remote across the UK, with a salary of £80,000–£95,000 and medical, dental, optical, and other benefits.
