Algolia is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer for its Search team to design, develop, operate, and troubleshoot the cloud-based, distributed Search and Indexing systems for NeuralSearch. The role involves handling large datasets and high traffic, maintaining high code quality and automated testing, participating in out-of-hours on-call, and collaborating with other teams. Candidates should have production distributed-systems experience, Kubernetes experience, and strong English skills; Go experience is a plus. The role can be fully remote, hybrid, or based in Algolia’s Paris office, with a base salary of €70,000–€97,000.
