The role covers storage architecture, production operations, incident response, SLO/SLI tracking, capacity planning, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, while also mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need 12+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong expertise in storage systems, infrastructure automation, container and virtualization platforms, and scripting.
