Description
The Senior Site Services Manager will lead facilities and maintenance operations at Smart Parc, Spondon, Derby, overseeing building and equipment maintenance, contractors, budgets, compliance, procurement, building management systems, and a team of Facilities colleagues. The role requires facilities and maintenance management experience, leadership and employee relations experience, knowledge of safety and quality standards, and the ability to drive operational excellence. It is a Monday-to-Friday, 40-hour-per-week position with UK independent-working rights required and no visa sponsorship available.
